Recently I found a few of my friends using Roblox on Linux. I was actually surprised, I used to use Linux alot but because of compatibility issues, I went back to windows.
The issue is since windows 10 end of life is approaching soon, are applications like using a VM’s, wine, or Sober against ToS for Roblox? (Since I’m probably going to use a Linux distro)

Roblox won’t moderate users for using it, but this doesn’t mean that they endorse the application.

While not Officially Supported by roblox, you wont be moderated for using it, if they do, they will very likely unmoderate everybody which was moderated (incase, sober has some code to make it detectable by Roblox/such so if something happens then bans can be reverted).
What Distro will you be using? I currently use CachyOS, works without issues.

Ive been using Sober for a-while now, no bans and no warnings from it.

They might not actively ban currently, but this can change at any time.
They could also use past records of you using the software as a reason to ban.
I recommend using an alt account for it, but even then no guarantees your main won’t be banned as roblox recently improved alt detection.
I used to use Zorin, i might use Mint or Arch.
I don’t know much about sober, but if you get auto banned you can appeal

I recommend the Distro im using, its an optimized verison of ArchLinux basically
Been using Sober for a while on my main account, no issues with moderation/anticheat but yeah if you want you can do that (Alt/VPN)!
(Long time ago, Roblox by oops banned people that used Vinegar while scanning for users that make bad content, though all Vinegar users were unbanned a few days later/such)

You using the flatpak version of Sober (official way to use Sober)? If so then good, if not then bad.
Ive played many games on Roblox since ive posted, for many hours and i have not received any moderation actions taken against my account, you may contact the roblox appeals team/roblox support form to see if its possible to get rid of that moderation action or not…
