Simple, I have a blood image, and I want to add layered blood-on-screen effects into my game.

i am not a graphic designer and i usually just get my images off the internet 
just make it white and use ImageColor, roblox is iffy about blood decals
You can probably make it white easily in an image editing software
its okay little guy just try and use the brain you’ve been blessed with 
If you are trying to add textures with blood built into them like for a mesh. I found that uploading with the website and adding text in areas that aren’t used can work sometimes.
If its just blood decals then you can change the color to white or orange.
take your image (copy/save) and go to remove.bg, it’ll automatically remove the white background, now that we got that part out of the way, save that image and go to photopea, import your photo by dragging it into photopea and then in your layers on the right hand side, right click on the layer of your image, press blending options, then color overlay, set the color overlay to white then press ok, before you save your image, you will want to remove the white background layer that photopea will usually open with, if its locked than unlock it, right click and delete, then save/export. hope this helps lmk
