Hi, 3 years ago I received a sudden unfair DMCA on a shirt for using a term that was trademarked by the person, while the shirt itself was NOT violating anything. Meanwhile, 4 years ago, I also got a false community standards violation for “intellectual property” over a public domain outdoor sound.
I’ve been told 3 DMCAs is an instant termination, does the community standard one count as a second one? or not because it’s an entirely separate warning message? as some say the community standard message is merely a “minor violation”
