Are Rank Bots against Roblox ToS?

Hi! I have a question.

I was wondering if Group Rank Bots are against the ToS.

To my knowledge bots or botting on Roblox is not allowed, but in the case of Ranking Bots, are those allowed? Nearly every group does it.
