So I’ve recently had an idea of making a stock market game. Everything would be simulated. I’ve seen a game like this but it was kinda “not famous” and it had gambling on it so I thought no one had ever reported that game.
My question is am I allowed to make a stock market game?

I believe they are allowed, this idea would go perfect in the educational genre.

Well, as long as you don’t use robux for the investments then I guess its probably fine (although you can probably make robux gamepasses give a multiplier to increase the ammount of ingame money you will be getting in investments)
My idea is that you invest using ingame money, you have chances to not get profit and chances to get profit (Note that both of them you will still get money, just some will not give more than what you spent and others will), and you can use robux to increase the multiplier of money you get per investments. And then you can invest in even better things.

This has been done before and it didn’t get banned but I don’t think the game did very well but I don’t think the game was made well either

From a perspective of the Community Rules Only it states this:

Not only do we not allow these activities, we do not allow anyone discussing them or encouraging others to discuss (or take) such actions, including:
Gambling with Robux or real money;
That’s the closest you will find to having a Stock Exchange written in the Terms of Service, so if your looking to have one. It would have to be with easily obtainable In-Game Currency as to which you may be able to purchase more of, but you can’t pay to play in this circumstance towards it.

I believe you would be perfectly fine to make a stock market simulator as long as you didn’t encourage people to buy stocks with their own Robux or through any other means. If you use your own virtual currency and create an in-game economy then there’s nothing against making a game like this.
You would still be able to sell that currency through DevProducts I assume but you wouldn’t be able to buy the actual stocks.
