Are town and city games oversaturated?

Hello, I’m new here so sorry if this post is a little off.
I’ve seen many of these pop up as of late (Greenville, SW Florida, ETC), and I’ve been developing a similar game for a while now. My question is: are there enough of these games to the point where they won’t be profitable anymore?

There will never be enough games of any genre to the point where they aren’t profitable. What matters is A, is your game unique, and B, is it good. Eventually popular games may stop updating or get old and they’d decline, then others with better, new builds would compete and overtake. A good example of this is Jailbreak and Prison Life.

Everything depends upon how you would present it, honestly
There needs to be a big turnover on those games to lift them up again
