Are we breaking the Roblox ToS by just naming our group "Robux Draining Studios (Drainer Drainer 123)"?

Hello there,

I just wanted to ask, is our group perhaps breaking the Roblox ToS and might have a chance of getting locked/terminated by just naming ourselves Robux Draining Studios? Our name implies that we do malicious acts to gain Robux from other users, but we do not do any of that and it is simply a joke within our friend group. Is there a chance of the group getting terminated because of the name? I am planning to release a high quality game that I have a feeling of getting big, but I’m not sure if it is safe to publish under this group because of the name, and I am unable to change it for 72 days.

No I don’t personally see why the group would be taken down.

I’m assuming you mean by making them pay Robux, and outrageous amount, as a joke, and nothing else.

I think the name is more funny than it is malicious.

If anything I’d expect a game from your group to have less microtransactions than anything by BIG Games.

This robux grows drains offline.
