Hello,
today I decided to publish my game on Roblox and also buy some ads for it.
And I have to say — I haven’t felt this happy in a long time. People were playing, joining, and my search ad had crazy numbers (9.5% CTR). I was so hyped, especially seeing how many people were playing just from spending 10 ad credits.
But out of nowhere, the game got banned — apparently because of some asset that was supposedly promoting a socialmedia, but I have nothing like that in my game.
So my game, which was doing absolutely amazing, just got banned out of nowhere… at the best possible moment.
What can I do to get the game back online as fast as possible? I contacted Roblox support, but it will probably take a long time before I get any response about what I actually did wrong.
Is there any way to see the ID of that asset? I know it showed me the ID when I had to reactivate my account, but I was stressed and just quickly clicked “Re-activate” without reading anything.
