Asset Clothing Ids removed?(yesterday it happened during the outage), studio occasionally unloads shirt and pants

This happened again today and there was a brief moment where studio completely removed the already imported asset clothing ids on my rigs.

I noticed that as soon as this hit:

all of my rigs clothing either got partially removed like this:

or all of their clothing disappeared:

And there were errors in-game where animations failed to load as well:

This seems to have been a temporary outage, possibly a brief resurgance of what happened here:

Hey again. As you all noticed, another outage just occurred with similar symptoms in Studio. This should be broadly mitigated at this time

Can you confirm it was a transient issue and is no longer occurring?
