Asset Manager - Upload Button's View is Impacted by Window Scaling

Trying to access the upload button in the Asset Manager requires the window to be resized. Buttons are hidden as the window gets bigger.

  1. Resize the Asset Manager window to be larger, to show the inventories column

My monitor is 3840 x 2160, with 125% display scaling - Changing this doesn’t impact the results above

Expected behavior

The buttons should scale with the window, to be shown at all times
