I am writing this report on behalf of @korruptkorrupt as he can not log into the dev forum as he got terminated for this.
On 5/30 @korruptkorrupt created an asset removal request left to no response or deletion of any item after over a month, (even with emails asking for update) (ticket id 1223868929)
On 7/17 @korruptkorrupt was met with DMCA removals on multiple items he requested to be removed in both tickets, resulting in his account being falsely terminated.
In both tickets it clearly states âNo strike or moderation action should be applied to your accountâ when that obviously was not the case.

@korruptkorruptâs items should be removed as he requested over 2 months ago, but he should not receive any penalty and his account reopened as he attempted to remove the items in good faith beforehand.
Hey, is there anyway I could get an update on this? Itâs been 5 days since I created this post and nothing has happened to the status of @korruptkorruptâs account. @korruptkorrupt also created an appeal for his account a month ago (still actively replying to it) which has gotten no sort of update/response from support when presented with the same information.
This is not a bug. The Archive Item feature already exists in Creator Hub for archiving avatar items from the Marketplace, so you cannot send a request to Roblox Support to have them archived. If you look at the first point in the support ticket you created, it says: âYou can only request removal of assets that your account owns/uploaded that cannot be manually archived.â
Since you uploaded it from your own account, you can archive it manually (sending bug reports on behalf of others is not really allowed, so Iâll address you directly here). For more information about archiving avatar items in the Marketplace: Moderation | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub
Roblox respects everyoneâs intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. Because you committed multiple rights violations, your account falls under the ârepeat infringerâ category according to the Roblox Terms of Use you agreed to, and it was moderated accordingly.
This is still considered intended behavior because if you look at the section I previously linked about archiving avatar items, it says: âAn archived item may still be the subject of an IP takedown report, but your decision to archive the item will be considered when applying any account penalties related to the IP report.â It also warns: âThis process is not a substitute for being vigilant about not infringing on the IP rights of others when creating and uploading content.â
In other words, during the archiving or âremovalâ process (which does not mean deleting the asset, but is a system designed to make it undiscoverable in the catalog), they will take action if they receive a valid report regarding intellectual property infringement, and your account is not exempt from moderation. However, your decision to archive the item will be considered.
Regarding the part that says âNo strike or moderation action should be applied to your account as a result of this requestâ, it means that no action will be taken during the archiving process itself, not that moderation is skipped entirelyâthis would open a loophole for bad actors. Staff have already mentioned this, so you can expect the wording to be clearer soon:

Thereâs no argument to be had here, OP doesnât care whether the original items are deleted or not he just doesnât want to be termed for items he couldnât archive with the feature Roblox implemented. Support should help him with his request
This isnât specific, this has been happening to multiple creators where tickets arenât being followed up on asset removal requests, if it was a random moderation action Iâd understand but this is related to catalog assets.

I also requested the removal of assets over 3 months ago, but it has not been removed to date. I also sent an email a month ago to check the status, but I only received an unrelated AI-generated response.
Well, considering the tens of fake Headless Head copies youâve uploaded, it seems like youâre violating Roblox rules by replicating an existing Roblox item and making it cheaper than the original one. On top of that, naming all of them âheadlessâ makes it look like youâre trying to make people think that they are buying the real Headless Head, but Im sure you already know this.
Me and my friends are getting terminated every week for assets that we provided for deletion. I think Roblox need to make special list of exceptions for DMCA bans.
Donât clog up the forum with unwarranted opinions if it is not related to the bug request, unless you are Roblox staff your comments are unnecessary.
Hey, itâs been 10 days since I created this report and not only has NOTHING happened, the situation has gotten exponentially worse. More and more UGC creators are being punished with false DMCAs from AI moderation, some punished users even having an asset removal request (see here AI wrongfully detecting UGC as "stolen from Roblox" - Examples are ridiculous )
The more this issue is ignored, the more at risk creators are at. Peoples livelihoods are being put at risk due to faulty AI moderation. It doesnât help that the tools provided by Roblox just donât work at all; asset removal requests wonât work as shown by this post about @korruptkorrupt (other users have stated similar issue) and users who archived items have still got a strike.
How are creators supposed to feel safe about creating items for the platform when you could have dozens of items stripped away + your account at risk of termination due to faulty moderation AND the tools provided by Roblox wonât prevent the issue. Please look into this.
I can confirm that Roblox will 100% lie to your face about this.
I got a termination over an asset I was also told was removed, and when I appealed saying words to the effect of âhey, not only was this supposed to be removed a month ago at latest but that I would also not get moderated on it, in this specific ticket numberâ
And so begin my almost 8 month journey of bumping several tickets like 50 something times, with âsupportâ occasionally chiming in to tell me that they deleted my archival request ticket, or that I never requested that specific asset to be archived, or that the ticket never existed in the first place.
I have no idea why this still isnât common knowledge: Roblox Support could literally not care less about your legal requests for asset removal.
They can and will take it about as seriously as Mike Kaufman does on child safety.
Itâs always ironic seeing this guy trying to be a voluntary moderator on here considering the laundry list of rules he himself is knowingly violating. After doing a little bit of investigation on him, itâs not hard to see that this guy has a hivemind of alts that he uses to upload NSFW realistic shading t-shirts under, which are often used by rule breakers and creeps alike. Hereâs one example of a group that his alt owns. You can even find one of these uploaded under one his accounts that was verified by Roblox. This dude has made efforts to cover his tracks such as removing all of these alts that were once added with his main account, the one he use uses to post on here. He didnât hide it well enough since he dresses all his alts so similarly and owns a bunch groups with AI generated icons and descriptions under all of them. All this, and not to mention the sea of headless bypasses this guy has mass uploaded across a load of accounts and groups including his main.
UPDATE 1: He has since began archiving the NSFW t-shirts in an attempt to hide evidence. Although, you can still view them with an extension. Asset ID to one of them: 15335578191 - (Example)
UPDATE 2: He has started leaving groups on his main account that had his prominent alternate accounts in them ranked in high roles together in another attempt to further hide incriminating evidence. - (Example)
To any staff that see this: Before you moderate me for going off topic, go investigate this guy and all his accounts and youâll see exactly what I, and many others have seen. This was not meant to be harassment, but a real concern for user safety.
I just wanted to add to this that the guy in question specifically says in his dev forum bio that he operates more on his alts, just to furthermore prove these points. Especially when he says âthanks to Roblox to let me exploit, I mean create, on their platformâ should tell you what kind of item he createsâŚ
