Asset Restoration Done Incorrectly By Support

My asset on Roblox that was deleted for “sexual content” was later restored, but Roblox moderators only restored the image asset and not the actual catalog item.

The catalog item (pink - Roblox) is still unable to be accessed and cannot be purchased. Only the image (https://create.roblox.com/store/asset/17757960275/coquett-lana-pink-y2k-fit?pagePosition=0) was restored, which did not fix the issue since the catalog item still cannot be bought.

This item was a bestseller, and I’ve waited weeks for it to be reinstated correctly with no help from support.

Expected behavior

When an item is restored after moderation, both the image and the actual asset should be brought back.

I am 100% sure this is intended, as they need to be reinstated separately in order to become available on the website again. Therefore, you can also have the main asset restored by contacting support.

Thank you for the report. Our current process for avatar items where a dependency has been moderated / appealed requires the creator to appeal the top level asset as well. You may do so using the support form. Thank you
