Assets not loading- But show in inventory

So, my assets in my inventory only show if its published to toolbox. any private models dont show. but show in my inventory.
(Sometimes it fixes itself) I have dealt with this for a few weeks (only reported because i didnt have forum posting access)

Red underline are the ones that private that i havent published
