Assets not loading fully in every Roblox experience, unable to edit experiences in Roblox Studio

Hello,
Recently i’ve been encountering issues with loading assets in Roblox and Roblox studio. A certain selection of assets doesn’t load no matter what i do. I’ve tried to use other devices, and this only happens on my PC. Also when i try to open an empty baseplate or any other templates in Roblox Studio main page it shows me an SslConnectFail error.

Issue Information

Parameter Value
Problem Area Studio and Roblox
Problem Component Assets

My system info: Windows 10, Intel(R) Core™ i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20 Ghz, 8GB Ram DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, Samsung SSD 870 EVO 1TB.
In any Roblox game i play my Developer console is filled with errors showing that assets cannot load properly.

Heres an example of how my game looks in JailBreak:

I have tried many ways to fix that issue, like: Clearing roblox cache, configuring firewall settings, changing IPv4 settings, completely deleting and reinstalling Roblox and Roblox Studio, running roblox as administrator, updating JAVA version, installing Roblox client from another PC, updating GPU drivers. None of them worked.
Any help would be appreciated.

Expected behavior

What i expect to happen: Assets loading normally in Roblox and Roblox Studio, Being able to edit my experiences in Roblox studio.

Hello,

Sorry you’re having this problem. One quick thing to check: Can you make sure you have your computer’s system clock set accurately? Not to the second or anything, but if the day/month/year is wrong your computer might think the SSL certificate has expired and refuse to let you connect.

If that doesn’t do it let me know and we can take a deeper look.

Hello thanks for the report. Is this still happening? Could you send over a copy of the studio logs from a recent failed attempt to open? This will contain info which can help me debug the issue for your place.

To find your Roblox Studio log files, you can follow these instructions based on the operating system you are using:
For Windows:

  1. Open the Run dialog by pressing the WINDOWS KEY and R at the same time.
  2. Type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Roblox\logs and press Enter.
  3. The log files will be displayed. They typically have the format <version>_<timestamp>_Studio_XXXXX.log.

For Mac:

  1. Open Finder, then select the Go menu.
  2. Click on Go to Folder.
  3. Type ~/Library/Logs/Roblox and press Enter. This will open the directory containing your Studio logs.

If Roblox Studio has crashed, the .dmp files can be found in a specific subdirectory:

  1. For Windows, they are moved to the logs\archive folder.
  2. For Mac, you can find the .dmp file directly in the tmp directory. Open Terminal and run open $TMPDIR, then look for the .dmp file.

These steps should help you locate your Roblox Studio log files for troubleshooting. Also can you include your PlaceID and UserID? Thanks.

I’ve talked with some networking people and it looks like this might be an issue with some sort of TLS-breaking security appliance on your network.

To check this, can you visit the main page of www.roblox.com and post a screenshot of the TLS certificate details you see?

To do that, in chrome while you are on roblox.com, click the “View site information” button just left of the domain name and click “connection is secure” then click “certificate is valid” at the bottom of the next menu.

When I do it I get a screen that looks like this:

If you could post a screenshot of what that looks like for you, it should let me know if this is the problem.

Hello,
Thanks for your instructions. here is the screenshot of that page.

Even after the Roblox updated, this issue is still appearing. I haven’t managed to fix that yet.

Tried using another Wifi connection. This did not help.

I figured out, that this problem was caused by software that is needed to bypass Deep Packet Inspection systems found in many Internet Service Providers which block access to certain websites.
After removing that software Roblox assets started to load just fine.
