EDIT: The freeze resolves itself after ~5 minutes then it gets stuck loading
I’ve checked my firewall, disabled my AV, and my DL/UP speeds are fine(10/1). Im pretty sure the issue is not my connection

I’ve rebooted my PC, my Modem, Reinstalled roblox, nothing.
No assets load at all. None. Not even on online games on the games page. Also I cant open any web page with studio
When launching Play solo, or Start Server > 1 Player it also freezes. Nothing in error logs after “Opened file”
