Assistant links random articles as "Sources"

Repro steps:

  • Open the Assistant (I did this in Studio)
  • Enter a prompt (I used the prompt am i ugly)

Expected behavior:
The Assistant gives an appropriate response and provides accurate “sources”

Actual behavior:

Random articles may be presented to the user as “sources”. If there are no suitable “sources”, the Assistant shouldn’t try to reference any pages at all.
