Hosting Guide + Information

The guides below are to be used for the host a training.

INFORMATION

  • Always respect your trainees and peers.

  • Encourage your trainees and be nice with them!

  • Make sure to stick to this guide.

  • Lock the server once the training begins, you may start the training early if the server is full.

  • Announce the training on the group shout once the training time has been decided.

  • There may be a maximum of eight trainings per 24 hours.

  • Assign helper roles to the staff that join (ALL LRs) -
    use the naming template - :name [USER] [USER] [Security/Housekeeping/Receptionist Helper]

  • LR’s may assist as helpers.

GUIDE

[[Training begins]]
“Hello everyone! I am [USER] and I will be your host for today’s training session. Before we begin my co-host would like to go through some simple rules that must be followed.”

[[Co-host goes over rules - once rules are complete continue with the part below]]

“I will now go over what will happen throughout the training.”

“Once I dismiss you, you may walk to your stations which are behind this stage, please line up on the lines provided.”

“Your trainers will explain the job and the different parts of the training to you. Afterwards, you will be talked through our procedures and different events.”

“Once your trainers finish training you, they will tell you whether or not you passed the training.”

“If you failed, you will be kicked, if you passed you will be ranked and kicked.”

“Helpers, go to your stations.”

“Is everyone ready?”

“Dismissed, go to your stations.”


The host must assign a ranker, which is above the rank of Executive.
The ranker will rank the people who passed. The people who passed should be located on the green “passed” line.

Co-hosting Guide + Information

INFORMATION

As a co-host of a session, you have volunteered to assist in the session and you are willing to stay throughout the entire session and take over the session if the host needs to leave for an emergency matter.

Be respectful towards your host and other players in the session.

Always arrive on time. It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the session.

Always ask the host’s permission before doing anything like for example, going through rules. Remember, you are only here to assist the host and not to run the session.

Follow the host’s instruction and do not go and do what you like.

When checking the trainees who passed be sure to ask them for their greeting and check out their grammar.

  • Always respect your trainees and peers.

GUIDE

“1. Please follow instructions given by the MR+, failure to do so will result in a kick.”

“2. Do not be rude to anyone as this will not be tolerated here in Atlanta Hotels. If we catch you, you will be removed from this server.”

“3. Do not exploit or hack during the session. If we suspect that you are exploiting, you will be permanently banned from this centre. A report of your account will be sent to ROBLOX.”

“4. Please be nice to your trainer, your helpers and your hosts as they have taken their time to conduct this session and train you all.”

“5. Do not ask for promotion as they will only be given out to those who are active and hardworking. Simply asking for it will not get you a promotion.”

“6. If you have failed, do not rage at your helper or trainer, you may ask them why you have failed. There is no point in raging and being rude to them, it only will result in an immediate kick from the server. There is always another chance for you to retrain.”

“7. If you are recording this session, please make sure you blur out the answer in order to prevent cheating.”

“8. Training for receptionist and security requires to have safechat disabled. If you have safechat enabled, you are only allowed to train for housekeeping.”

Receptionist Helper Guide + Information

INFORMATION

As a receptionist helper, you are assigned by the host or co-host and your task is to assist your trainer by asking the trainees questions, teaching the trainees the things that are not covered by the trainer during training. You also have to answer their PTS questions when the time allows.

Tasks:

  1. You will need to teach them the 3 warning system! [Eg: Warning 1 | Trolling]

  2. You will need to teach them how to use our check-in system as well as to teach them about how to greet. (Eg. Hello! Welcome to Atlanta Hotels, my name is xxx how may I help you?)

  3. Ask them to give you a room, both check-in and check-out. After that, conduct a troll test.

GUIDE
At the receptionist desk, ask your trainee the following:

“1. What is your greeting?”

“2. What will you do if you encounter a troller at the check-in desk?”

“3. What will you do if you see an exploiter?”

“4. How many warnings do trollers get?”

“5. If you see a MR+ abusing, what will you do?”

“6. What are you not allowed to do while working?”

Throughout the training be sure to check the trainee’s grammar and sentence structure. The trainee needs to get at least 4 questions right to pass.

Once you are finished asking the questions you will need to conduct a troll test.
You must act like a regular troller, but you must also be age-appropriate as well. Failure to do so will resolve in removal from the session and most likely a strike.

If your trainee has passed, send them to the ‘passed’ line.

Security Helper Guide + Information

INFORMATION

As a security helper, you are assigned by the host and your task is to assist the trainer by asking the trainees questions, teaching the staff the things that are not covered by the trainer during training. You also have to answer their PTS questions when the time allows.

Tasks:

  1. You will need to teach them the 3 warning system! [Eg: Warning 1 | Trolling]

  2. You will need to teach them how to use the cuffs and tell them what is cuff abuse. (Cuff abuse is: Spinning around with the cuffs, jumping with it equipped, using the cuffs to go through walls and cuffing innocent players. How to use the cuffs: Equip the cuffs and walk up to a player, unequip to uncuff).

GUIDE
Ask the trainee the following questions on the training mat:

“1. If there’s a troller what will you do?”

“2. If there’s an exploiter, what will you do?”

“3. What does the cuff tool do?”

“4. What are you not allowed to do with the cuff?”

“5. If you see an MR+ abusing, what will you do?”

“6. How many warnings does a spammer receive?”

“7. What is the warning format?”

Receptionist Trainer Guide

INFORMATION

As a receptionist, your role is to check-in our guests and ensure that they have an enjoyable time at the hotel. You will be in charge of giving people rooms and handling trollers that will affect our guest’s experience.

GUIDE

  1. Please be nice to our guests and give them your best attitude. Do not be rude.

  2. You are not allowed to check anyone in when they do not ask you for it. If you are caught, you will be punished.

  3. Always be respectful towards other staff that is working in the same server as you.

  4. You are not allowed to troll in the hotel. Regardless of whether you are alone or with the troller.

  5. Always be respectful to our guests at all times. Try to be nice to a troller if possible as being rude to them will only make the situation worse and a bad impression of us as a staff community.

  6. Only call an HR+ if there is an emergency like a troller or exploiter for example.

  7. Do not lie to anyone.

  8. You are not allowed to enter any of our guest’s room without authorisation from them unless it is an emergency such as a troller is in their room.

As a receptionist, you will need to patrol to the hotel when your free and to help the hotel to improve its service and to check-in our wonderful guests and show them respect and kindness.

You will also have to look out for trollers, exploiters, spammers, etc. If you spot them, you will politely ask them to stop. If they continue, give them 3 warnings, if they still don’t stop, report them to the HR’s or the HC team via the group walls or our communication server! They are always ready to help.

While the HR is coming down and there is a security member, you can ask the security member to bring them out first. Your job is to answer the guests’ questions and attend to our guest’s issues.

As a receptionist, we trust that you can use our check-in system responsibly. If you notice an exploiter, inform a HR+ right away. Try to get a screenshot if possible. If you need any MR+ assistance, you may inform them in the group wall or ping them in our communication server.

If you are caught abusing our system you will be fired.

Security Trainer Guide

INFORMATION
(copy and paste the following at a training)

Your role as a security officer is to protect the hotel and ensure that the hotel is free from trollers, spammers, etc. It is your duty to inform our MR or HR if something is wrong, you have to deal with trollers, spammers, etc. Assist our guests, and to handle guest’s issues.

  1. You are not allowed to abuse your tools in any circumstance. For example, using handcuffs on an innocent player.

  2. You are not allowed to enter any guest’s room without authorisation from them unless it is an emergency such as a troller is in their room.

  3. You are not allowed to troll around in the hotel. Regardless of whether you are alone or with the troller.

  4. Always be respectful towards other staff that is working in the same server as you.

  5. Only call a MR+ if there is an emergency like a troller for example.

  6. Always be respectful to our guests at all times, try to be nice to a troller if possible. Being rude to them will make the situation worse and a bad impression of us as a staff community.

  7. Do not lie to anyone.

While you are patrolling at the hotel, you have to look out for trollers, exploiters, spammers, etc. politely ask them to stop. If they continue, give them 3 warnings.

After 3 warnings, bring them out and ensure that they are away from the hotel to get out of the way of our guests.

Your job is to also answer guests’ questions and attend to the guest’s issues. As a Security, we trust that you are responsible enough to handle abusive tools only for the intention of stopping trollers and spammers.

If you see an exploiter, inform an HR+ right away. Also, try to take a screenshot if you can. Ping any HR+ for assistance in the Discord if you need them do not ping them for fun.

If you abuse your powers you will be fired.
