TRAINER GUIDE (A-RECEPTIONIST)

When you have organized, start the session
[1] Greetings, and welcome to this Session to become a Receptionist! I am (name) and I will be your trainer for today.
[2] Before we begin this session, does anyone have any questions or concerns?
If someone has questions, answer it before proceeding
[3] Alright! We will now proceed with session.
Part 1 – Greetings Section

4] First, when a guest comes up to you, you should say your Greeting.
[5] Greetings are super important and the best way to introduce yourself.
[6] In your greeting, you must include something similar to the following:
[7] – “Greetings! Welcome to Atlantis Island Hotel & Resort. My name is (name),
how may I help you?”
[8] You can make yours unique and add a spin to your Greeting. Example you can add
emojis or adjectives like “amazing” or “wonderful”
[9] Once you understand what your greeting should be like, say in the chat.
Rate the Greeting, with “Great!”, “Lovely!”, “Good!”, “Awesome!” and etch…
[10] Alright! After you help the guest, say this type of greeting:
[11] “Thanks for choose Atlantic Island Hotel & Resort, have a nice day!”
[12] You can make yours unique and add a spin to your greeting. Example you can add
emojis or adjectives like “amazing” or “wonderful”
[13] Once you understand what your greeting should be like, say in the chat.
Rate the Greeting, with “Great!”, “Lovely!”, “Good!”, “Awesome!” and etc…

Failed: Sadly, you didn’t pass this section! I won’t give you 1 point, but you will advance
in this session.
Part 2 – Operation Section
[1] Now we start with Operation Section, we will teach you how to check users in and
out of the hotel.
[2] To start, please click on the computer in front of you.
[3] To check someone in: click the “check in” button on the home screen, and then
type in the user of who you wish to check in.
[4] Select the type of room they want, then click “confirm”.
[5] If the guest wants for example a suite, above the guest name there will be an icon.
In the home screen, write the username and click “Suite Check-In” and the guest will
have the room key.
[6] You may choose the rooms.
[7] To check someone out: please first type in their username, click “check out” and
click confirm.

prepare your Greetings!

Part 3 – Trolling Section
[1] Now we start with Trolling Section, we will teach you how the menage a troller
and exploiter.
[2] First, you must learn how to warn someone. Warn someone using the following
template: “Warning Number | Reason”.
[3] Trollers get a maximum of III warnings and warn the troller someone using the
following template example: “Warning 2 | Trolling”.
[4] If trollers have received 3 warnings, they must be reported with ticket at the
communications server with proof, or if there is a +SHR on the server call it.
[5] If a staff happens to be trolling or breaking staff rules, such as not using grammar
etc… You can report them at the #staff-reports channel in the communications server
with proof.
[6] Exploiters on the other hand, do not get a warning. They must be immediately
reported with ticket at the communications server with proof, or if there is a +SHR on
the server call it.

rules that we discussed earlier.

If they gave a warning for exploiting, warned you more or less than 3 times for, or did not use
grammar.

Part 4 - Quiz Section
[1] - We are now going to begin our quiz. During this section, I am going to ask you a
questions to test your knowledge on different aspects that we went over in the
information portion.
[2] - Please be patient as I send you all the beginning question.
