Attaching ROBLOX Places

I keep seeing a lot of people attaching ROBLOX places to their posts, but because they’re broken (I think we’re getting an access denied error (403) disguised as a page-not-found error (404) when we attempt to open them), no-one can download the attached place.

Instead, can everyone who wants to attach a place to their post, first compress it into a ZIP archive, so people will actually be able to download it!

I’ve attached two example files below, the compressed version is both downloadable and has a considerably smaller filesize! :slight_smile:

Oh, and can someone fix the downloading of ROBLOX places as well, so we don’t need to do something like this?

I believe reese can fix it. She mentioned downloadable files in my last thread.

Just add .zip to the end and after downloading remove the .zip

It seems a bit silly to me for one to do that. It’s just as easy to zip a file add it is to rename it, and you get the benefits of compression, and the system can actually open it correctly without renaming it again once downloaded.
