Roleplay basics related and freedom:

Every players, are required to follow traffics laws as much as possible. Small infractions such as ignoring red lights or stop signs are not considered if not causing troubles to others players).

Speeding isn’t considered as an important enough abuse to deserve a warn, but can end up in a kill/ respawn. Note that abusing of it several times after written warnings from the staff may still end up in an appropriate sanction.

Every players have the right to drive wherever they want until they follow the precedents rules and traffics laws. No one have the right to force you to follow a specific route.
(Note this may not be applied during officials events on dedicated servers) -
Players need to keep in mind that the game is not based on Roleplaying. Anyone can choose to act RP or not until they align with the rules and doesn’t abusively affect others’s gameplay.
Multiplayer interactions and gameplay:

Every player has the obligation to keep the global gameplay enjoyable for everyone.

Keeping the in-game chat a correct place to talk with others players is important for everyone’s experionce. Any sort of flooding abuse or insults may end up in a mute only.
(Note that abusing of it several times and ignoring the staff will end up in an appropriate sanction) -
Players must all be considered on the same echelon, and have to respect each others.
Staff and moderation:

Staff members are here to make sure the game is enjoyable for everyone, and often have to make difficult choices, they have to respect players, and players also have to respect them in return.

No one should abusively ask for any ranks that require to go trough fair public applications. Players can only access the staff trough theses applications that are not always open.

Even tough they are higher ranked, non-executive staff still needs to follow the rules themselves. And players will always have the right to report any abuse from moderation.

Even tough rules will be less strictier for Executives they still have the responsibilities for keeping the game à safe and cool place to play.

Applying to any staff in game, any inserted items require à direct autorisation from a responsible of the game development (Co-Owner/Owner) with an equal value of authority.
Appropriate sanction can be anything from a simple warn to a definitive ban of the game.
The sanction may vart depending of the seriousness of the act and the virulence of the accused.
