It’s a nice start for the starter screen, but you could maybe change the text and buttons on it.
Maybe you should make the buttons not have that gradient look on it and have the frame have smooth and round edges to look nice, and as for the text, maybe have a shadow underneath it like have the top text white and the shadow a black.
Overall, it’s a nice starter screen but improvements could be used, good work! 
Quick Question: Is it inside an editing software or in-studio?
