Audience Reach does not update after all “Publish to all ages” requirements are completed

My experiences Audience Reach is not updating to All ages even though every requirement has been completed. It has been like this for a couple days now. I completed the Highly Engaged Players requirement around July 9, 2026. I’ve looked around the forums and some people have mentioned this could be a desync issue that needs to be manually resolved or else it might take a long time.

Browser: Google Chrome Version 150.0.7871.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Operating system: Windows 11 25H2 OS Build 26200.8655

Expected behavior

After account and experiece requirements are met creators should see an image like below

And after some time the experience reach should be updated.

I believe this should be fixed for you know, and your game should be accessible to all ages. Please let us know if you encounter any more issues, though.

Yeah this has been fixed. Thank you. Will this occur for future games I make, was there a specific reason why? I’d like to take steps for this so that this not happen in the future.
