Our experience is currently trapped in an infinite loop within the new Kids and Select / Audience Reach publishing system.
The dashboard displays the following message indefinitely:
“Pending final review.
Audience expansion will commence shortly.”
This occurred immediately after our experience was suspended and subsequently reinstated by Roblox Appeals (Ticket ID: #174840092).
While the appeal was approved and the suspension lifted, the moderation system has failed to sync with the Audience Reach database, leaving a hidden block flag on our public page.
Impact & Financial Criticality
• Audience Blocked: The experience is locked to “Ages 16+ and trusted friends”, cutting off over 80% of our player base.
• Metrics: The game currently has 180,000 Monthly Active Users (MAU).
• Financial Loss: We are experiencing severe, compounding revenue drops daily while the game remains unreachable to our core audience.
• Compliance status: All questionnaire fields are entirely green, compliant, and verified.
Steps Already Taken (Failed to Resolve)
- Re-submitting the Content Maturity Questionnaire to force a cache clear.
- Altering metadata/genres to trigger a database update.
- Verifying all group owners and team developers are ID/Age verified.
- Contacting standard support (stuck in automated macro loops).
