Our game just reached 500 highly engaged users, however the system is still saying that I need to complete all requirements. However all the boxes are marked as “Done” besides Account Status. This makes no sense because I have not had any violations in YEARS. What also makes no sense is that I’m still able to publish to 16+… so that means my account is in good standing? Is this straight up just a bug or do I need to contact Roblox?
