I just got an Audio banned which i uploaded 1 year ago, its literally just a tram running sound, nothing loud or any disruptive, it got updated by itself today and banned for “Roblox’s intellectual property policies.”?
I have no appeal, i lost the audio which is important for my game which alot of players player will now play without any sound.
btw, i recorded the sound, its my sound. 0 music on it, just tram sounds..
Any way to get this audio back? Or appeal or anything?
Read the TOS about MIDR and arbitration. You can dispute it out of court as an option when appeals aren’t the option.
Other than that, until Roblox comes out with it’s IP platform long-term, not much we can do as a community but direct you there. That and Roblox support first, of you haven’t.
Just contact them to ask. If they don’t respond within two weeks, or say it’s rightfully down, read that TOS. Your work is worth defending.
