I uploaded an audio to Roblox, and it wasn’t available to me, either, it was not available to anyone, not even me. So I have to waste my uploads on getting a sound to work. This bug is really wasteful and inefficient. I might even have to reupload twice or 3 times just to get a working sound, and it would burn through most of my uploads.
If you can’t play the audio, that means that the sound file is being reviewed by moderation. Once it passes, you should be able to play the audio. Please make sure that the asset is not archived.
This could also be caused by uploading an unsupported sound file, but that’s unlikely.
Hello, based off of the screenshot, there’s an assetid associated with the audio but looks like its cut off. Could you provide us with the id so we can trace down the issue?
Hi again @Rileyg1974, this ticket has been open for a while now. I see that the last reply in this thread was back in October 2025 requesting the problematic audio asset ID in question.
