Not sure if anyone else has noticed this but audio uploads says “Maximum of 15 seconds” however it’s below 14.5 seconds. I’m currently trying to upload a 15 second song for a victory theme (yes, victory fanfare) and I have to keep trimming it back because apparently according to ROBLOX 14.5s > 15s. Not major but a tad annoying when trying to get as long a clip as possible.

It’s possible they’re removing decimal places and so make 14.5 into 145. I honestly don’t know though.
Are you using VBR or CBR?
This happens for our YouTube video thumbnails too, which is why we say the limit is 30 seconds on the site, but the real limit is 31 seconds.
Maybe audio/video track formats always round up?
You could use an API of some form to get the exact length (assuming you don’t already do that)
