Audio's not getting accepted

Hello, I have made two audio’s which I wanted to use as background music in my game. But roblox wont accept them for some reason

I dont think that I violated the roblox terms of use in those audios.
Is there a way to upload those songs without them getting deleted ?

Can you say where you got these from? These are probably copyrighted or are already accessable under the roblox account.
