After a while and forgetting about my aurora borealis effect, I decided to release the .rbxm (and .rbxl) file for anyone to use!
Please note, this is extremely laggy, unoptimized and not recommended for regular game use. This thing devours your GPU usage.
This file contains a model with other models inside that need to be ungrouped inside of their respective spaces inside your game.
RBXL:
AuroraBorealisPlace.rbxl (93.6 KB)
RBXM:
AuroraBorealisModel.rbxm (14.1 KB)
(Requires atmosphere and preferably night sky, delete ColorShiftTop Tween script if you don’t want it messing with the ColorShiftTop lighting property.)
Thank you all for giving me feedback on this version! You can use this in showcase builds, modify it or even try to optimize it yourself so you can fit it in a game. I might try and make a new version in the future actually compatible with games with decent performance, but no guarantee. If you do use this, credit me somewhere.
