Welcome to Aurora, where relaxation meets adventure! Since 2024, Aurora presents the ability for everyone to dive into a world of tranquility and pampering in our immersive Roblox spa. Unwind with luxurious massages, refreshing facials, and soothing baths, all while exploring stunning environments designed to melt away your stress.

This document was created to provide easily accessible information to our community. For any feedback, questions or concerns in regards to this document or Aurora as a whole, please don’t hesitate to contact our Leadership Team via our Communications Server. We hope you enjoy Aurora!

Guidelines

While accessing our premises, all members must uphold our guidelines to avoid disciplinary action. Our Management Team are trained to effectively resolve in-game issues and distribute moderation actions to individuals who violate our expectations. When utilizing our servers, kindly remain respectful, use your common sense, and abide by the Roblox Terms of Service. Depending on the severity of the situation, you may be presented with an action anywhere from an informal reminder to a permanent ban.

Employment

Aurora is consistently employing enthusiastic individuals to join our team. To get started, begin by joining our Roblox Community. Upon joining, navigate to our Application Centre and complete the interview to advance to the rank of Trainee. As a Trainee, it is your responsibility to attend a training session for a promotion to Junior Staff. Training sessions are hosted at several intervals throughout the day, which have been outlined below.

Promotions

As a Junior Staff, you are eligible for a promotion to your next rank through our points system. Points can be obtained at the spa by completing tasks such as checking in clients, completing appointments, and mopping spills. You can purchase the Golden Mop and Double Points game-pass to increase the amount of points you obtain for each completed task. Upon acquiring 300 points and achieving the rank of Specialist, you will no longer be able to receive a promotion through points. Instead, you must undergo our recommendation system to join the Management Team as a Supervisor. Kindly take a moment to review the information below about our recommendation system.

  • You must be minimally 13 years old with safe-chat disabled.
  • You must be a verified member of our Communications Server.
  • You must acquire a strong background within Aurora and the business industry.
  • You must have acquired the Specialist rank for a minimum of 7 days.
  • You must display consistent activity for at least a week to be recommended.

Once you meet the requirements above, you are eligible to be recommended for MR. To increase your chances of recommendation, we have crafted a set of tips for your benefit below.

  • Play the game for a minimum of 15 minutes each day.
  • Attend sessions and recruitment shifts where you can.
  • Complete tasks to increase your point count. We’re looking to see how good you can perform as a Specialist, not as a Supervisor.

Once our Staff Management Department, recognizes your interest in our Management Team and dedication to our community, you will be sent further information on how to progress by a member of our Executive Team on the Communications Server. Please note that the next steps to our recommendation system is confidential.

Affiliates

Aurora is always open to form meaningful affiliations with other communities on the platform. To be eligible for an affiliation with Aurora, your community must meet the following requirements, which will be confirmed upon marking your interest by our Public Relations Department.

  • Your Roblox Community must obtain a minimum of 75 members.
  • Your Communications Server must obtain a minimum of 100 members.
  • Your community must hold a strong reputation within the industry.
  • We do not accept non-business groups such as military or fan groups.
  • We do not accept groups which sell administrative positions.

If your group meets the requirements above, please open a Public Relations support ticket on our Communications Server for information on how to proceed. Any further questions or concerns regarding our affiliate process can be bought up with a member of our Public Relations Department.

Frequent Inquiries
  • How do I acquire the attention of a MR?
    Please use the in-game !support command and all available members of the Management Team will be notified. A MR will teleport to you momentarily.
  • How do I ask for a MR to join my server?
    You are able to use the !callmr (reason) command to inform all available members of the Management Team to join your server. This command is disabled for non-staff members, or if there is a Supervisor+ in your server.
  • How do I report a community or management member?
    For community reports, please open a general support ticket on our Communications Server. To report a member of our Management Team, please open a Staff Management ticket. To report a member of the Executive Team, please DM a member of the Leadership Team. To report a member of the Leadership Team, please DM a Co Owner. Ownership reports and inquiries can be directed to the Owner.
Appeals

Community members who violate our policies may be temporarily or permanently banned from our premises to pertain a welcoming environment. If you believe that your ban has been incorrectly issued, please follow the instructions below to proceed. Please note that only permanent bans are appealable, and there is a 30 day cooldown between appeals. An unappealable ban cannot be appealed unless revoked by our Ownership Team.

Game Bans
If you are permanently banned from our spa, please open a general support ticket on our Communications Server for further information on how to proceed. Please be prepared to complete an appeal form. To be unbanned, you must be in our Communications Server.

Communications Bans
If you are banned from our Communications Server, please send a DM to a member of our Moderation Team. If you are unsure on who to contact, feel free to directly message okaymax, our Moderation Lead. Please be prepared to complete an appeal form.

Community Blacklists
In certain cases, we issue blacklists to community members or related communities. To appeal your staff/management blacklist, please open a Staff Management support ticket. To appeal your affiliate blacklist, please open a Public Relations ticket. To appeal your individual/community/group blacklist, please send a DM to a member of the Ownership Team.
