I have noticed now that if you view the profile of an Australian-based player their friendslist appears to not be loaded in. This is an issue I have noticed on ALL Australian user’s accounts, while viewing from my own account and alternative accounts, as well as both on Desktop App, Mobile App and Website. This is NOT like how British players have their list completely publicly disabled, and this was also unannounced.
To expand a bit, for an Australian user you can see the friendslist being blank with a number displayed, for a global user their friendslist is normal and for the British they have theirs completely hidden.
I assume this is something related to Australian user privacy laws, however it definitely needs an official announcement/explanation rather than just being pushed randomly
I figured the same, however yeah the British users had it announced, and their’s is entirely disabled, whereas Australian ones are just like not loading at all. Might be a temporary thing because I know that there is something going on with the eSafety Commissioner here and Roblox.
It appears this is deliberate, as it has now been stated that it is to be in compliance with Australian regulations.

We are working toward giving users more control over their friend list visibility, including older users, but don’t have a confirmed timeline to share yet.
