Auto-close recruitment topics is good?

Hey there.
As you can see, many recruitment projects are auto-closed. I don’t think that this is a good update…It’s a little bit inconvenient. Like if I have a questions about that topic, I can just ask and may get answered. I am not complaining, I just want to ask what do you all think about this?
And please explain for me why It’s good or bad for you? Just tell me what do you think about it.

You can DM the OP any questions you have; the topic doesn’t need to be opened for you to DM them.

For me personally, it’s a neutral update. I don’t think it’s good or bad. I always were messaging developers in their DMs.
