sorry to break it to you, but as you agreed in roblox’s terms of use you cannot initiate arbitration or litigation without first going through the dispute resolution (midr) process with them

I think they’ve already went through the MIDR process and didn’t lead to anywhere, looking at their post, so they have the full right to take legal action AFAIK

I’ve already sent them a MIDR and multiple appeals and they never went through even though I proved everything with evidence so I am taking legal action rather they like it or not and honestly to be fair if I were the CEO I would completely remake roblox from the ground up and make it better than ever by making it to where you can choose and play what version you want like in RetroStudio or Minecraft for example and bring back the old features and add more features such as…
[1] Remove the AI moderation features and anything AI related entirely
[2] Build a bigger HQ building than the current one so there’s more space to have human workers in moderation

[13] Add more rules and update them like harassment which includes third party sites like Discord for example not just roblox

I should also mention this for everyone affected by the false terminations your account isn’t completely “gone” or “destroyed” they’re fine I took computer tech classes and I can assure you that they archive the accounts in their servers which basically takes the account out of public view and I know this because I’ve seen people on the robloxbans subreddit get their accounts back years after it was terminated and that’s way past the appeal deadline which is 30 days for U.S users and 6 months for European users even one of my friends got their account back after 10 years. They only use the appeal deadline as an excuse that way they don’t receive constant emails from users about their accounts. And I know this is true because if they were to permanently delete account data then you wouldn’t be able to…

The username would be available to use again or banned
Look the account up even by the user ID numbers in the link URL
Or see assets they made like places, models, decals, meshes, textures, audios/sounds, plugins, groups, catalog/ugc items like classic clothing for example (t shirts, pants, and shirts), etc.

Bumping. This issue is still on going, all the people I know that used a VPN and got banned are still banned (and their account got deleted now). Please address this issue.
