AutomaticSize ignores UIPadding with scale

When you are using automatic size property with a UIpadding which uses scale instead of offset, automatic size breaks

Expected behavior

AutomaticSize property to actually count the size of it’s children (not descendants too)

As you can see on the attached screenshot (and place file), the green box overflows red box, ignoring PaddingBottom property on the UIPadding. This occurs when using statically sized frames, under a frame which size is managed by AutomaticSize property.
