Available Robux on Payouts & Devex Page should not update as we're typing, but instead when we're done

Available Robux on the Group Payouts & Devex Page should not update as we type. I find it incredibly frustrating when I type numbers and the Available Robux counter changes as I use it as a reference. I believe it should instead be updated when we’ve finished our input.
