As our team is trying to investigate this issue, can you help provide more detail on where on Roblox , you are experiencing this issue? Please provide user name and ID and if the issue is encountered when you have some assets equipped on avatar, please share links to assets, so we troubleshoot further. Thanks.

The thumbnails for the following items are blank. I created them yesterday, uploading them one after another in quick succession:
The thumbnails aren’t displaying whether the items are published or not. They don’t appear on the marketplace or in the Creator Hub.

I also have a similar problem, for 2 items the thumbnail didn’t load:
and also for the second item in the 3D preview you can only see changing colors, as if the item was in very close-up, which looks pretty crazy.

Unfortunately I encountered the same issue with my item thumbnail then I come across this post. I hope the Roblox team would fix this issue before it affect other creators.

my ugc is also with no thumbails, i even tried to see the economy.roblox.com/v2/assets/100720042471301/details and it appears to have the IconImageAssetId set as 0?
I dont know why

I’m also experiencing the same issue, I have over 100 items I need to upload and having to redo them would be very disappointing.

Experiencing this too, items that are were uploaded over 6 months ago have no thumbnails all of a sudden

issues still here sadly, i uploaded an accessory twice thinking the thumbnail got messed up somehow but nope just wasted some upload money on it. eventually found out its doing this on a lot of my items that are older even so someone mustve messed something up somehow. hope it gets fixed soon

this happened to me too but I published it thinking the thumbnail was still loading but it still hasn’t shown up. I used the exact same thumbnail settings for all of them, so it looks like it’s just completely random
