AvatarEditorService:GetOutfitDetailsAsync() returning HTTP 401 response

Calling Avatar AvatarEditorService:GetOutfitDetailsAsync() consistenly throws an error: HTTP 401

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open any place file in Roblox Studio or join a Live Experience.
  2. calls AvatarEditorService:GetOutfitDetailsAsync() with a valid outfit ID.

Expected behavior

AvatarEditorService:GetOutfitDetailsAsync() should successfully return a dictionary containing the outfit details.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Is it not working for any of your outfits, or for certain IDs?

Hi! Unfortunately, it’s not working for any of them—the issue affects all IDs.

For extra context, I’m using this server-side in my game to check whether an outfit type is R6 or R15 from the outfitId sent to the server.
