Avatars are falling out of the map and nothing I do works!

  1. What do you want to achieve? I want to insert my character into my roblox game.

  2. What is the issue? When I insert a character, it falls out of the map once I start it. I am using “Custom Character Maker Beta” by Eventive.

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? I looked around the dev hub, I tried anchoring it, I tried using new plugins but none are working. I even did the copy my avatar and paste it. Nothing is working.

If you have any idea why Please let me know.
