School Mission Statement
The mission of Aveline Academy strives to contribute towards our Students education, well-being and their needs, with our fantastic education system designed for our Students. Academy Introduction
Aveline Academy is a private academy school, related to the education establishments on the ROBLOX platform. The Academy educational Staff members and the entire unique community, do their best every day, to promote our students’ education and help their needs. The Academy teachers are each individually taught and educated by the best of best at Aveline, to ensure the education of our students are in good hands. Our students get each individually educated and prepared.
Not to forget, the safety of each member of the academy will be prioritized by everyone. There shall be no incidents at all. We do not accept nor tolerate anything that can risk our student’s safety and comfort at our academy. Anyone that shall harm any members at our establishment, will be terminated from all platforms.
Academy Regulations
Material 1:
Every member of the academy has to maintain and possess common sense. Common sense is one of the most important things, for everyone, to individually connect and understand each other. Members with no common sense will be blacklisted from the academy, due to risk of drama.
Material 2:
The academy possesses copyright ownership. Leaking any kinds of assets, images, systems or anything regarding the establishment and its possessions is highly prohibited. The Aveline team works so hard within the community to help and dedicate time into development. If anyone is caught leaking any kinds of assets of Aveline Academy, they will be forced to move the asset leaks and will be under moderation, and will be most likely terminated from our establishment.
Leaking any kinds of assets of any kinds of groups/games will lead to a termination by ROBLOX. This is in the official ToS of the ROBLOX Corporation.
Material 3:
The Academy considers Respect as the Golden rule, where this must be enforced in all of Aveline Academy platforms. This is because we do not want nor tolerate any dedicated arguments or anyone to feel offended whilst being in our servers or platforms. If anyone doesn’t show respect whilst being in our server, you will then be considered under moderation and will be blacklisted from our community, if you offended someone, disrespected someone, made some upset or anything related to this.
Material 4:
Aveline Academy knows and has experienced many alt accounts visiting the various different establishments. These accounts are mostly used to troll, raid or even dislike the games. In all kinds of respect, if you get banned, kicked, demoted or even terminated, don’t come to the academy with an alternative account to abuse and let anger out. Instead, move on with life or appeal at our establishment.
Material 5:
At the Academy, advertising without permission is highly disrespectful and not tolerated. We have a huge team, doing their best, to make the academy as good as possible, every single day. By advertising without permission, you’re taking credit and clout, by free advertising your personal group, on our platforms. If you decide to send any links or hint about people should join, or playing, you will be put under moderation and will be terminated from our platforms.
Material 6:
Aveline has seen many raids happen at various establishments. We do not want raids to happen, as it is exhausting for every single member of our establishment, to watch foolish people, enjoy being a fool, by spamming various messages in a row.
Whoever dares to raid, will be made sure to be terminated from all establishments they work at and that they get their account disabled by discord.
This also counts for trollers.
This also counts for exploiters.
Material 7:
The Academy students, staff members and the Principals are responsible for helping, to prevent bullying and harassment. A school environment free from bullying and harassment is critical for creating and maintaining a safe, secure, fun and positive culture that supports academic achievements increases the school engagement and respects the rights of all robloxians. Bullying and harassment are prohibited and must be reported to the appropriate school administrator.
Material 8:
The Academy prohibits the usage of curse words, also known as “bad” words. This kind of vocabulary is highly prohibited and anyone using this kind of vocabulary the entire time will be made sure to be terminated from our establishment. If caught using this kind of vocabulary once, you will be forced to fill out a “Time-Out” form and attend behavioural student lessons.
Anyone bypassing the vocabulary and using curse words will be terminated

Material 9:
At the Academy, topics such as NSFW, non-child friendly under the age of 13 or older, is highly prohibited. Anyone speaking or hinting to topics such as the above, will be instantly expelled from our school and blacklisted from every platform of ours.
This also counts in the music played at our academy.
Material 10:
Aveline has seen many people with NSFW usernames and profile pictures before.
All members of our platforms are highly demanded to have an appropriate username, profile picture, outfit and others. See Material 9 above.
Material 11:
The Academy students, staff members and the general members have to apply to our regulations, the ToS of Discord and ROBLOX. Anyone that shall break any of them, should check our Student Code of Conduct with our punishments listed there.
Material 12:
The Academy prohibits the usage, conversations, songs, slurs, names or anything else regarding religious and political topics. Anyone bringing up topics regarding that will be as well instantly expelled and terminated from all platforms. We do not want to have arguments between anyone regarding these topics or any conflicting topics. Who you are, what colour you have, where you come from, what your language is, what your culture is or anything else, is highly amazing. We love to see a multicultural astonishing climate between everyone.
Everyone that is homophobic, racist or anything of those people that discriminate by culture, will be terminated no matter what.
Academy Rank Descriptions
Receptionist:
Receptionists will find themselves answering questions, entering data, directing students, ensuring office operations run smoothly and even manage certain academy projects.
Janitor:
Janitors will keep the school facilities clean and in proper working order. Janitorial duties and responsibilities include general cleaning and maintenance, event set up cleaning and restocking supplies.
School Nurse:
School Nurses are here to support student success by providing health care through assessment, intervention and follow-up for all members within the school setting. The school nurse addresses the physical, mental, emotional and social health needs of students and supports their achievement in the learning process.
Food Services
Food Service is those who supervise the activities of the Students during their mealtimes. They assist the students in the dining area, supervise the kitchen and satisfy our members’ hunger, for whom be interested.
Supervisor:
Supervisors manage Security and their role is to ensure that nobody is skipping class or on the corridors when not allowed, they also supervise them at lunch, to ensure there is no trouble as well as continually checking students are following the Code of Conduct & Regulations.
Substitute Teacher:
Substitute Teachers are to perform the instructional and classroom management processes, for teachers who are absent for a day or for a longer time period. Their duties include taking attendance, explaining homework and maintaining classroom cleanliness. Candidates need to be flexible in their availability.
Academy Teacher:
Academy Teachers are taking responsibility for the progress of a class of students, organizing the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment. Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
Teaching Department:
The Teaching Department is in charge of how the teaching system will run through the school as well as managing the Teachers, they must also check on Students and Teachers efforts in class. Visiting classrooms quite often to check on how the class is going.
Administration:
School administrators are to work at every level of education. They may direct programming, hire and supervise staff and make a decision that affects the academic community. They are also in charge of developing a direction and mission for the facility at which they work.
Guidance Counselor:
Guidance Counsellors are certified professionals employed by schools or academic institutions to assist and advise students about academic and personal decisions. They provide private counselling to students, assess the ability and potential in students and coordinate with fellow professionals on student matters.
Board of Education:
Board of Education members are local officials. Their authority and duties are defined by the academy and laws, as well as by rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Regents (Zuehx) and the commissioner of education (Zuehx).

Senior Education Corporate:
Senior Education Corporate members are local officials. Their authority and duties are defined by the academy and laws, as well as by rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Regents (Zuehx) and the commissioner of education (Zuehx).

Education Program
The Academy Subjects:
Our education department has thought, for a long time, about the subjects we shall teach our students. We’ve decided that the following are the best subjects that our students shall be taught about;
Mathematics
Chemistry
History
Art
Sports
English
Computer science
The education system has been extra designed to fit the human understanding level of the age of 13 or higher. We have also as well on the side, a Special Education Program, for those students that struggle with behavioral and emotional disturbances that can or may occur at any time. These students will be put in smaller classes, with other students that may struggle with the same or similar problems. This is specially designed for members of ours, which withhold autism, diseases, cancer, turret disease and others.
Behavioral, Social, Emotional Orientation Program
Our Behavioral Intervention Classroom is staffed by the Teaching Departments, special needs teachers, supervised by a special needs classroom supervisor.
As said above, this program is extra designed for our students and other members of ours, which withhold autism or the turret disease and various other things/diseases.
Yet, we also use this program for our students that may or do have a lack of socializing skills, emotional and mental health. Students may apply themselves for these classes themselves or they may be put into these classes by the supervisors or school nurse. Once the students themselves feel comfortable again, with being in bigger classes and having more communication with others, the student may start visiting normal classes at our academy more often. If they again feel they are still not ready to go back to bigger classrooms, still struggle with specific things, they may always return at any time. This program is managed by the administration and Board of Education, which hire the best of best social workers possible. Lastly, if the student has too many problems or is having a hard time even while being in a class of 4, the student may visit classes which are held 1 by 1 with the student and work it out.
If we realize that we can not fix it ourselves, the student will be asked if we may contact their parents or a real-life teacher of theirs, to speak about the issue.
Student Code of Conduct
At our academy, our students are the heart of our Academy. They play the most important role in creating a culture and climate within the establishment, dedicated to safety, respect, equality and responsibility for the community. Students have rights, responsibilities and prohibited abilities, when it comes to taking full responsibility for the culture and climate within the community, at school and between their friends.
Academy Student Rights:
- Students shall only be walking through the halls, in case of breaks, mealtimes, class changes, arrivals or at free times.
- Students may use and develop freedom in speech and high-class vocabulary.
- Students shall be treated equally, fairly, encouraged, with respect and without any kinds of discrimination regarding the student.
- Students shall know how to dress, be disciplined, follow rules and react to certain situations, at the academy.
- Students shall know how to disagree and stand up for themselves.
Academy Student Responsibilities:
- Students shall be respectful towards all individual members, within the community and at the faculty.
- Students are highly demanded to be honest at all times, to everyone.
- Students are requested to go and talk with the appropriate administrator, supervisor or receptionist if he/she does not feel comfortable at any moment.
They have to let the administration know, if they require help, or want to attend our special education program.
- Students shall always take responsibility for the actions they’ve taken and the decisions they make.
- They are highly demanded to follow the academic expectations and instructions given by their assigned teachers, administrators and other staff.
Academy Punishments and Suspensions:
The Academy follows our high strict rules at all times and will not make any exceptions for anyone, no matter what the action was. Below you may view what the various “words” mean for the punishment/suspension.
Behavioral Dismissal / Suspension (Detention)
The behavioral Dismission and the normal Suspension are actions taken to discipline the member affected. Normally, the affected member is demanded to help the janitors, attend detention or join the special Behavioral Program, for MAX 30 minutes.
Administrative Dismissal (Banned)
With permission from an SHR, the student has broken too many rules and can not be changed, and is banned from our platforms. These are mainly trouble makers, exploiters, trollers and others. You may appeal this ban.
Expelled (Permanently Banned)
With permission of an SHR, you are permanently banned from our establishment, for being denied and removed from the entire establishment. There is no appealing.
Academy Dress Code
The Aveline Academy has thought long about the dress code for every member.
Our education team has decided that our members have to wear the academy uniforms or other formal clothes, which apply to the following points;
- The clothing is formal and is not sexually offensive
- The academy forbids emo, sexual and troll clothes
- The clothes are classic and appropriate for every age
If seen wearing clothes that do not apply to our dress code, the member will be told to change their clothes and afterwards, be kicked. The student may rejoin once it is sure that the clothes it is now wearing apply to the academy dress code.
Academy Classes
The Aveline Academy classes are designed for every person of the age of 13 or older. All classes held within the lesson schedule are core classes, elective classes are not held at our academy. The Teaching Department has taken its time to describe the various subjects, we will be teaching our members.
- Mathematics
In this class, we will teach our students how to enhance their analytical and logical thinking. Our teachers will do their best to help our students to learn and have fun while learning in the mathematics class. In this class, our teachers are given a number of subjects which are easy in math, to teach our students.
- Chemistry
In this class, our students will be taught about the study of matter, including its composition, properties and structure. They will learn parts of the periodic table and will enhance their scientific-analytical and logical thinking. Chemistry is a complex and fascinating subject.
- History
In this class, our students will be taught about the important world history, from the greatest invention to the biggest wars. We will learn about the stone ages and the ice ages of the world. Yet, we will NOT bring up political or religious topics.
- Art
In this class, our students will be taught how to advance and enhance their imaginative mind logic. We will teach about histories of art, how to draw and to express passion and your self through many steps with an art piece.
- Sports
In this class, our students will gain understanding from this class by knowing the rules, actions and gain basic knowledge on how to play specific sports games. This class will help you enhance your gameplay while playing various sports games at our facilities.
- English
In this class, our students will get to know how to speak English more advanced by learning how to use grammar, tenses or demonstratives and more. It will enhance your communication skills if you ever had difficulties with social communications.
What class, which classroom and more about your daily schedule will be located within the academy game. Every day it will change, for all categories, A, B and C.
Academy Clubs
Our academy has various clubs for our students, specially designed for everyone who’s interested in communicating with others, with passion. These clubs are mainly operated after school and are held longer than school time. ( Max 30 mins) Below you may see our descriptions for all clubs of Aveline Academy, which are available.
- School Newspaper club
Come to our school newspaper club, if you love to write news about various things! Help us and work on this week’s School Newspaper, update our Students on the local information they need, like activities on the weekend or preemies and more!
- Drama Club
Come to our school theatre and join the exquisite drama club! We practice acting and hold auditions for theatre scenes every week for everyone to try and get an acting spot! We have new plays every weekend.
- Study Club
Come to our school library and join our Study Club for extra curriculum and extra credit on your test. Want to socialize and study with your friends or even make new friends? Then this is perfect for you. Learn about things that you might now know and share your knowledge with other students!
- Football Club
Come join our Football club! We train every week, you may achieve a position on the football team! Practice your skills and improve, you can socialize to make new friends who may have the same interests as you! Compete with other football clubs and win prizes!
- Cheerleading club
Come join our football cheerleaders club! We train every week, you may achieve a position on the football cheerleading team! We attend and cheer our Griffins at every match they play when they compete with other football clubs at other academies!
- Music club
Come down to the music room after school, to join the academy choir! Make new friends, improve your singing by vocal practices, compete with other academies and have fun with your passion!
Clubs have their very own coaches and teachers, extra educated and hired for the specific clubs and their operations. They are chosen by the teaching department, as well.
Partnership Policy
If you wish to create an affiliation / Partnership with our Academy, this is the page. This page includes our requirements, information about requirements and others regarding affiliations with our Academy. Our academy is kindly asking you to create a google document to affiliate or create a partnership with us. This consists of listing the questions of ours located on the next Page. Please ensure to be descriptive and put your best into the answers for our questions in the document. Make sure that the establishment you’re applying for, meets the requirements of our Academy and does not avoid or misses any of the requirements listed.
- Establishment
Every partner/affiliation of Aveline Academy is required to be a company on the ROBLOX platform. We do not affiliate/partner with establishments related to military companies, mafia companies, raid companies or anything else related to those types of groups.
We affiliate/partner with the following types;
Bakery, Cafe, Hotel & Resort, Spa, Clothing Group, Bakery, Graphic Community, Tech etc.
- Member count
Every partner/affiliation of Aveline Academy is demanded to withhold approximately 50 or more members in their ROBLOX and Discord platforms. We will not make any exceptions for anyone, as it would be highly offensive and favoritism if we’d partner with groups lower than the demanded amount, while the others do not get the same opportunity as you do.
- Platforms
Every partner/affiliation of Aveline Academy is highly required to possess a public discord server and a public ROBLOX group. Adding to that, they both have to be in use and active, regarding the establishment itself and session activities.
- Representatives
Every partner/affiliation of Aveline Academy is demanded to send up to 4 representatives from their establishment to our public community discord, the minimum number of representatives is 2, they will be handling the relations between Aveline and your group.
- ANNOUNCING AND STATING
Every partner/affiliation of Aveline Academy is required to be willing to announce our events, announcements and more, as we will be doing the same back to them. If your establishment doesn’t announce applications of other groups, we will not be announcing your applications.
If your group doesn’t announce events, we will not be announcing your events, etc.

Tickets And Appeal
The Academy Moderation and Management departments have decided to create our support and appeal system to help our members in a more advanced way. This way our High Rank and higher members can view your tickets and answer your problems, concerns and questions faster and more advanced as soon as possible. Your support ticket requires a reason, failing to state a reason for your ticket, will lead to your ticket to be closed.
- Bug Reports
As the academy is soon going to release, we will definitely have many bugs and glitches found, while normally playing. We highly appreciate it if you’d create tickets to report these. It is really important for us to see what is needed to be fixed.
- Ban Appeals
In case you’ve been banned from any of our Roblox games and you’re pretty sure you shouldn’t be banned, then ban appeals can be done over tickets. If you’ve been banned on all platforms and this is the last thing you can access to read of our Academy, you may go to the Appeal Form listed at the bottom of this page. Our Senior High-Rank members will ask you certain questions regarding your appeal for more information, so have the proof ready.
- Staff reports
You can make staff reports and demotion requests through tickets. Make sure to state who, why and when for our requests to be read. Don’t forget that making non-needed requests will lead you to be kicked from our discord server.
- Other questions or problems
Other questions or problems are of course always appreciated and welcome. Don’t be shy to ask about anything that is related to our establishment. We are always here to help you.
Don’t forget that sometimes, mistakes may and can happen. We do not guarantee you an unban at all times, we mainly reply within 2 days or up to a week. Our Appeal form will be mainly managed by our Moderation Department members and other Senior High Ranks. Please do not spam the appeal form, or you will be made sure to be blacklisted from all establishments you work at and to be reported to the establishments you’re in.
Hiring Policy
The Academy employs up to 50 staff members, for most positions at our establishment. Every member first has to apply to become a trainee, then afterwards attend training. This training will be held after school times and the overlap time for the clubs and normal school activities.
These Trainees will get the following options to be trained;
- Receptionist
- Janitor
- School Nurse
- Food Service
They will be specifically trained for the rank they choose at the training, yet this is only for Awaiting Training ranks. This has been made to make sure that every LR role is being used and filled, so that the academy facilities may operate as expected. If you won’t be employed by our Staffing Department, we recommend taking a look at our minimum requirements:
- You are required to be at least 13 years of age or older.
- You are required to not possess Safe Chat on your ROBLOX account.
- You are required to perform an excellent character, grammar, activity & pronunciation.
- You are required to have a time that works with our EST school program.
- You are required to be kind and respect every member, no matter what.
Developer Hiring Policy
Here at the Aveline Academy, our Development Head and Project Leader Zuehx has set various criteria for the Developers that shall be hired. If you’re interested in applying to become a developer for our academy, you’re required to contact our President on Discord. Zuehx#1010
Requirements:
Every developer that shall apply has to have previous work, has to be experienced and advanced and is highly demanded to possess a dev forum account with a portfolio.
Make sure to do it the following way:
