This is the official Aveya Cafe Training Guide, this should be used by the Host, Co Host,Helpers and Trainers.
We expect our staff to be full of professionalism, activity, and grammar at all times.
The Guide goes by the following:
THE START:
The host should always do a group shout before starting/announcing the session. The group shout should look like the following: “Greetings! Im (Username), and i’ll be hosting the -GMT- -EST- and -CST-,sessions. Please make sure to make your way down the training center for a chance of ranking up and attending promotions.”
SLOCKING THE SERVER:
Right before starting the training session, the host should send a Locking/Server Slocked Group shout. The group shout should look like the following: “Unfortunately, the server has Locked! If you didn’t have time to join, don’t fret as we are hosting sessions daily! In the meantime, you can always play our game and order a Donut with a regular coffee!”
ENDING THE TRAINING:
Right before the training session ends, the host should send a Group shout. The group shout should look like the following:”Unfortunately, the training session has concluded! If you haven’t joined, you don’t need to worry since you can always join another session! The closest Session is (Add GMT,EST,AND CST TIMINGS!).”
CANCELED THE TRAINING:
If the session get cancelled, , the host should send a Group shout. The group shout should look like the following:”Unfortunately, the training session has been canceled! No need to worry, since we host sessions daily. ! The closest Session is (Add GMT,EST,AND CST TIMINGS!).”
Once the session starts, the host should say:
HOST: Greetings, im (username),and i’ll be hosting today’s session. Please give the host and co-host your undivided attention.
CO-HOST: Greetings, im (username),and i’ll be co- hosting today’s session. Please give us your undivided attention, as I will be listing the following rules.
Co-host :
m Rule 1 - Grammar is required for Junior Chefs, You will be warned III warnings before getting kicked.
M Rule 2 - Going AFK without telling your trainer, will result in a removal.
M Rule 3 - Trolling or Exploiting will lead into a ban or removal from the server, and it is completely prohibited here,at Aveya.
Host:
m I’m now going to be concluding the rules, please stay seated (Trainees), otherwise Trainers are free to go.
M Before we teleport you, If your trying to get the rank LR- Junior Chef, You need to pass with 2/4 or more // LR- Chef,You need 3/4 or more, and for LR- Experienced Chef, You need 4/4 or more to pass this training!
M PTS will be enabled for 60 seconds,if you have a guestion

Trainers should teleport their trainees depending on their groups, the host should group everyone in the following groups if needed.
TRAINERS AND HELPERS:
Trainer: Greetings, Im (username), and i’ll be glad to be training you today. Any questions before we start this training? An answer is needed to make sure you’re not AFK.
Helper: Greetings, Im (username), and i’ll be glad to be Assisting your trainer for today.
Helper: Segment/Section 1 - Grammar and Trivia.
Trainer: This Segment, Grammar and Trivia you’ll be questioned for grammar and trivia and you should answer using all of your knowledge.
grammar will be counted for the answer, this will be general knowledge questions.
Helper:
1- pm (username/s), Answer and Fix this question using grammar! How many Warnings do trollers and Exploiters earn?
Trainer: ANSWER: Trollers Receive 3 warnings, then call a MR+, Exploiters receive 0 warnings, and you should call a MR+ immediately.
2- :pm (username/s), Can Inactivity Demote you as a staff member? Yes/No.
Trainer: ANSWER: Yes/True.
3 - :pm (username/s),How should you greet a customer or a MR+? Should you tell MR+ to order from you to get noted? Yes/No.
Trainer: Answer: You should welcome all members with respect, and at first you should greet them with your own greeting. And no, you should not tell a MR+ to order from you.

Helper: Segment/Section 2 - Greetings and Kitchen.
Trainer: Congratulations to those who received a point., In this segment we will ask you to show us your greeting, and we will test you in our kitchen information.
Helper: Greetings are the perfect way to greet your customers. It shows respect and more professionalism, a perfect greeting should look like this:
Helper: “Greetings! Im (Username), and i’m going to be assisting you for today! How may I help you?”You should not copy but you’re free to take inspiration.
The helper should check the greetings and point them . The pointing for greetings is 0.5, grammar and trolling 2, and kitchen 0.5 and trolling 1. They will have 4 points at the end.

Trainer: Trolling - Being a part of Aveya , you’ll experience a lot of trollers and exploiters and we will show you how to deal with them.
Trainer: Trollers get 3 Warnings, then call a MR+ , exploiters get 0 warnings and you should urgently and immediately call a MR+.
Helper: Now I’m going to be dressing as a troller ,when I refresh you may start!

-The trainees should report the troller after giving them 3 warnings to a MR+ to pass,-
Trainer: well done trainees! I’m now going to be checking if you passed the requirements of reporting a troller.

Trainer: Those who passed received a point! Now onto the final part of the training; Exploiting Section.
Trainer: Exploiters are people who can fly, speed or even do anything and they can exploit our admin. You should immediately Report to a MR+, before they can even do more damage.
Helper: Now I’m going to be dressing as an exploiter/troller, when I refresh you may start!

Trainer: well done trainees! I’m now going to be checking if you passed the requirements of reporting an exploiter.

Trainer: Congratulations, those who passed got promoted to their next rank! Any questions before we close off?
Helper: - gets a ranker to ranks the trainees or the trainer will rank them.-
Ranker: Ranks then Trainer/Ranker may kick and say “Dismissed, and ranked! Make sure to attend more for promotions.”.
PASSER:
Congratulations! You’ve passed the Training session! Please follow me for the Host to rank you!
FAILERS:
Unfortunately, you’ve failed the session. Don’t be discouraged. As there will be more in the future.
