Rank Information

Customer Ranks:

  • Customer - Given to those who join the Avian Clothing group

  • Premium Customer - Attained by purchasing 10 pieces of clothing

  • Honored Customer - Attained by purchasing 40 pieces of clothing

  • Esteemed Customer - Attained by purchasing 100 pieces of clothing

  • High-Valued Customer - Attained by purchasing 250 pieces of clothing

  • Elite Customer - Attained by purchasing 400 pieces of clothing

Staff Ranks:

  • Intern - A rank given to those new to the staff team that have just passed an interview and still need to be trained. Their primary job is to run the customer service booth at the homestore.

  • Sales Associate - A rank awarded to interns who have logged at least one hour at the homestore and have attended two staff trainings. Their primary job is to run the customer service booth at the homestore.

  • Designer - A position not conforming to the main staff hierarchy, designers are responsible for providing Avian with fresh attire on a routine basis.

  • Assistant Manager - A rank awarded to sales associates who have logged at least three hours at the homestore and have attended a total of four staff trainings. Their primary job is to run the customer service booth at the homestore.

  • Manager - A rank awarded to assistant managers who have logged at least six hours at the homestore, have attended a total of six staff trainings, and have hosted one staff training while being supervised by a supervisor+. Their primary job is to run the customer service booth and host regular staff trainings.

Administration Ranks:

  • Supervisor - An exclusive rank awarded to managers who have exceeded expectations and have dedicated a lot of time and effort to Avian. Basic requirements are being a manager for at least a month, hosting a total of 10 staff trainings, and having a total of eight hours on the homestore. Their job consists of supervising/hosting staff trainings, helping out staff who need assistance, and hosting scheduled interviews.

  • Chief Staff Officer - The corporate officer incharge of managing the entire staff team to ensure that everyone is performing up to standard and steady activity is being maintained. Whoever holds this rank is a member of the Board of Directors.

  • Chief Moderation Officer - The corporate officer incharge of managing the moderation team to ensure our communications server and games are free of trolls, exploiters, and anyone else who seeks to do harm to Avian. Whoever hold this rank is a member of the Board of Directors.

  • Chief Design Officer - The corporate officer incharge of managing the design team to ensure that new attire is being produced on a routine basis to sell to the customers of Avian. Whoever hold this rank is a member of the Board of Directors.

  • President - The person incharge of the entire company who oversees the Board of Directors and general operations of the group.

Staff Teams

  • Moderation Team - Comprised of the most trusted staff members of Avian, this team is responsible for moderating the communications server as well as all Avian games to ensure a safe and welcome experience for our customers. This team is overseen by the Chief Moderation Officer.

  • Design Team - Comprised of talented clothing designers who are responsible for providing Avian with new attire on a routine basis to put on sale. This team does not require someone to be on the staff team already before joining. This team is overseen by the Chief Design Officer.
