What do you want to achieve?
I want to restore public access to my game, The Undead Frontline. The goal is to clear a backend server desync (or something of that sort) so that the public facing game page accurately updates and matches my active, green-lit Creator Dashboard settings. -
What is the issue?
Since June 27th, public players have been completely blocked from joining the game (regardless of age, or verification status). On my Creator Dashboard, the experience is set to Public and the Audience Reach questionnaire is fully approved for Ages 9+ (Moderate). However, when anyone tries to open the link on the website or mobile app, they get a hard error saying: “Content not accessible. This experience is currently not available.” or something of similar wording.
There is a clear desync happening on the backend. On my main group overview page, the age rating tile glitches and switches back and forth between “16+ Compliant” and “All Ages” every time I refresh the browser. If I click into the Audience Reach settings, it correctly displays the approved Ages 9+ rating. This caching loop is keeping the game hidden and unplayable for the public (even ages 16+ and trusted friends).
- What solutions have you tried so far?
Support Tickets: I opened a ticket with Roblox Support. On July 8th, they responded and confirmed that they are aware of the issue and it is currently under review by the appropriate internal teams, but they do not have a timeframe for a resolution.
Dashboard Checks: I have verified all settings on the Creator Hub, repeated the questionnaire, and confirmed everything is completely compliant on my end.
Because the issue is on the platform side, I cannot fix this from studio or the dashboard. I am posting here to see if anyone else has resolved this desync, or if a staff member can manually intervene to run a database sync / flush the cache for Universe ID 6756445340 to clear the loop.
Thank you very much.
