Badges not properly issuing on the DevForum?

I’ve noticed there were a few badges that didn’t properly register and assign to my profile, one of them being the 'Great Topic" badge. Stating you need 25 likes on a topic, but as you see I have 2 topics with over a hundred. What’s going on here?

Some additional information I found after; Aficionado, Great Topic, and Hot Link haven’t populated for my earned badges either despite meeting the criteria.

Badges aren’t given for locked categories such as Development Discussion

(Fwiw this is better suited to Forum Help > Forum Bugs or Forum Help > Forum Questions)
