:cook: Are Trainees able to work?

Unfortunately, Trainees are not able to work. They will need to attend a training session to become either a Cashier or a Chef.


:shield: How do I handle a disruptive customer?

There are two kinds of disruptive customers that you may encounter at the bakery.

  • Trollers - If a customer is ordering something that isn’t on our menu or being disrespectful, they are a troller.

    • A staff member should issue a troller a single warning. This should be done in chat. For example: “Please stop trolling, this is your only warning.”
    • If they continue after receiving a warning, please contact a Supervisor for help. You can do this by finding on in game, requesting support on our group forum, or opening a ticket in our communications server.
  • Exploiters - If a customer is flying around the map or able to access areas that they shouldn’t be in, they are an exploiter.

    • An exploiter does not receive any warnings. Take evidence, then you should contact a Supervisor for help. You can do this by finding on in game, requesting support on our group forum, or opening a ticket in our communications server.

Congratulations on your achievement!

  • In order to receive a promotion, you should continue working at the bakery.
  • A Corporate member will issue a promotion for you if they spot you working hard.

:red_question_mark: Which ranks can help at training sessions?

  • [10] Team Leader: Team Leaders can volunteer for a Trainer position. They will be allowed to help if their assistance is needed at the session.
  • [12] Supervisor: Supervisors will automatically be allowed to become a Trainer at training sessions, as they are members of our Management Team.
  • [13] Management: Management are able to Co-Host at training sessions, subject to the choice of the Host. Co-Hosts are responsible for allocating staff members the Trainer position.
  • [14] Senior Management: Senior Management are able to Host secondary training servers, subject to the choice of the Server 1 Host.
  • [15] Bakery Manager: Bakery Managers are able to claim and become the Host of Server 1 training sessions. They are responsible for allocating secondary server Hosts, alongside choosing their own Co-Host.

:cupcake: What is the maximum amount of items that a customer can order in a single order?

The maximum amount of items that can be ordered is 3 items.

  • This includes drinks. For example, if you order 2 pastries, you can have 1 drink.

:face_savoring_food: How do I give items to customers?

  • Pastries are given automatically once a Chef has correctly prepared a customers pastry items.
  • Drinks are given by the Cashier. You can use the :handto (username) command while holding a drink in order to give it to your customer.
