Ban appeal was approved without removing the ban

How did I get banned?
This account was logged on in another device and one of the accounts on this device has broke the rules of Roblox which triggered a prement+enforcement-bans
And one if this accounts on his device is my account
And it got falsely banned

I want to mention that the one who triggered tha enforcement ban lives in another country, using different connection, his device on different ip than me and my account, and the account has been never linked to his email before

And because of this banned was completely a false banned the ban appeal got approved to be unbanned

But I waited for 9 days and it didn’t get unbanned even tho my ban appeal didn’t get denied
But still it didn’t removes the banned
And now the support will not help because even if I appealed again any my appeal got approved again my account will not get unbanned for some reason

Expected behavior

The account will come back unbanned

While the ban was lifted, you were banned again. Roblox does this all the time, no wonder.

Please do not talk about something that didn’t happened, the banned date didn’t changed
And I didn’t get unbanned
And it doesn’t makesanse if I got banned again after the approval that my banned was false banned

Prob just a error on roblox fault, try contacting support

They approved my ban again and again but without changing anything on my account, until it been 6 months for my banned and it’s now unappealable
