Ban appealed but can't activate my account

I was wrongfully banned yesterday. My appeal was accepted, but the page still shows I’m banned and doesn’t allow me to reactivate my account.

Do you by any chance have multiple violations with the same reason listed under Violations & Appeals?

Please can you prove that you actually appealed, because this could easily be an attempt to get a staff member’s attention here so that you can have your moderation lifted. You’d probably be better off opening another support ticket to Roblox directly as you may never be sure if it is a website bug, or just simply a human error.

I’m sure the system is so broken that it doesn’t even remove the violation from your history (the effects of being moderated still apply)

I think if you do a Right to Access request it would show. The moderation system is so dysfunctional as well as the appeals process/team. They really need to improve this, literally everything is done by automation and it is not reliable, acceptable, or fair to people who are being moderated falsely without any human review… I can understand them being busy but some of us would actually wait for a human response rather than a generic/copy-pasted/template response from them without even hearing us out when we’re even explaining the issue to them…

Bumping as I have this problem myself:
I just made a second appeal in hopes of getting a chance and i finally got it accepted, but found my ban still exists.
My only solution to this problem is to just contact support here with the Appeal ID.

I believe something on roblox’s backend is to blame for this issue, as the reinstatement did not follow through, so I will follow up with a response if support e-mails back.

Sooo…Apparently roblox supporr does not even help me in the SLIGHTEST…Absolutely uncalled for, and literally just biased. I got my appeal accepted. Remove my damn ban already.

So why the F*CK does my ban not get removed even though the violations and appeals showed my appeal was accepted and the violation should be removed…if anyone is friends or knows of someone who is friends with a roblox admin, please help. I can’t put up with this.
