Affiliate Guide

Requirements
In order to affiliate with Lynn Hotels, you must follow the requirements listed below in order to apply. We do this so we can keep a clean reputation within Wiska, and ensure that we only affiliate with groups that can bring us well only.

  • Group must obtain 50+ non-botted members.
  • Must have a positive reputation and enforce professionalism.
  • The group must be a part of an industry and it cannot be a fan group, military group, or any group without an industry.
  • The group must announce our events and communicate with us consistently.
Lynn Hotel Guidelines

Lynn Hotel Guidelines
We have brought in guidelines that all users must follow within our Hotel, this is to keep the atmosphere a calm, family-friendly place for all users on the platform. If fail to break these regulations, you will be given a consequence by our experienced Staff team.

  • Trolling: Annoying our customers at any given time or form will be labeled as trolling. This action will lead to a warning depending on how severe it is which may eventually lead to a ban.
  • Bypassing: If caught bypassing in any game for inappropriate or disturbing content will result in either a temporary ban or permanent ban from the game depending on the severity.
  • Exploiting: Using any hack meant to cheat the game (flying, no-clipping, or anything that changes the game) will result in a permanent ban.
  • Spamming: Using the same message and repeating it multiple times is considered spamming. Spamming will result in a ban from the server, depending on the context of the message, it could lead to a permanent ban as well.
Staff Guidelines

Staff Guidelines Respect
Respect is our number one priority and we want to ensure all customers/guests are greeted with the uttermost respect.

Attire
All clothing must be appropriate and should not contain anything that is offensive toward others. You will be asked to change your clothing if failing to comply.

Consequences
Violating any rule that is listed will result in a warning. Continuing to violate the rule will lead to a temporary ban from the server game. Consequences are subject to change depending on the violation you committed.

Staff
The staff has every right to warn and ban any customers that fail to follow the rules. Staff members are to enforce every rule that is listed in policies/general rules.

Terms of Service
As a player, you agreed to Roblox’s Terms of Service the moment you signed up. Any violation of the ToS will result in a temporary or permanent ban.

Promotion Guide

Promotion Guide
In order to get promoted, you must work hard, be dedicated and try your best. We do not expect our staff to dedicate their whole lives to our game, as we do understand users have a life, but we expect you to try your best to get online, work hard, and get promoted.

LR Promotions
In order to get promoted up, you must start as a Trainee by passing an application in our Job center. Next, you must attend a training and pass it in order to pass for the rank you trained for. Next, you must be the role for atleast 3+ weeks to get promoted. You must dedicate time, hard work and not “beg” for a promotion. If you beg, you will be demoted or ignored.

MR Promotions
As an MR you must have time to dedicate towards Lynn, as your duty is to manage shifts, train and help grow the group. In order to be promoted as an MR, you must be recognised by a HR who may feel like you deserve a promotion, however the same rules apply, you cannot beg for a promotion. You must be the role for at least a month before even thinking of getting promoted, as we only want dedicated Staff.

HR Promotions
As a HR, your duty is to run our Departments, which is one of the most important duties of Lynn Hotels. So in order to be promoted as a HR, you must show efficiency, high dedication and proof you can support and benefit Lynn. You must be recognised by a SHR to be promoted, and you must be a HR for at least 2 months to even be thinking of promotions.

Training Sessions

Training Sessions
We try and host training sessions as much as possible to give people the chance to train up and get promoted. However, we do have times which sometimes we will follow. Please remember we may sometimes run surprise sessions, so don’t think that these are the official times if you cannot make it.

Ban Appeals

Was you banned from the group? Feel like it was unfair, or you have learnt your lesson and want a second chance? Well fill out a form in order to give us an insight on why you should be unbanned, and what you won’t do next time.

Please remember your appeal will most likely be read within 24 - 48 hours, and if we have no form of contact, then you’ll just have to keep checking to see if you’re unbanned. However, if you do not get contacted after a week, then your appeal has been declined.
