We have no idea why this situation has occurred, causing a rift in our project that we have been developing for so long. Many players have given us feedback that they can no longer search for games, and the Vietnam map has banned all FPS games. I understand this, but why are there still more than ten regions banned?
As a 5-year veteran developer, we and our other partners feel particularly disappointed

Do you have any “LGBTQ+” content in your game? If yes, I’m not surprised why it was blocked in these countries because they are considered the most homophobic (expect Georgia or Vietnam maybe)
i have the same issue in my game which is rated minimal (suitable for everyone) and in the questionairre section i dont see any non compliant countries??
Your game are not halal
