The first two charges, the website gave me the error that the group name was already taken.
I would also appreciate a refund please!

I’ve run into this bug before too where it creates a transaction for groups not being able to be created, however, it does not appear that it actually takes 100 Robux from your account unless the group is successfully created.

This is correct, it doesn’t actually charge you. It really shouldn’t be creating a transaction record in the first place.
