Being trusted friends with someone to allow them to join my "public to 16+ and trusted friends" game does not work correctly

If i am trusted friends with someone who is <16 in order to allow them to join my game, said person still sees the “Unlock” button and is told that they do not have permisson to join that game when they press join through friends. However, in that case, joining through the servers menu or manually launching the client with arguments to join that game works as intended.

The game also does not appear in the “recently played” category, making it quite annoying for that person to join everytime.

I have tested this myself on an alt that is 13-15, and confirmed these issues happen on the android mobile app, the windows desktop app, as well as the website, and that other persons i added as trusted friends had the same issues i did.

Expected behavior

The game should be joinable as normal, through friends or through the game’s page (play button), similar to when the user has Edit permissions given to them.

Thanks for reaching out @Palamode, you mentioned friends is < 16 (you also mentioned you tested on an alt account that is 13 - 15) , but looks like the game opens to 16+ trusted friends.

yeah, the point is adding them as a trusted friend gives them access to the game regardless of their age (which is intended) however the game page does not reflect that correctly (unlock button still shows despite now having access) nor does trying to join a friend for instance. The person ends up having to go through the servers menu everytime to join, and the game also does not show up in recently played for them, making it quite annoying for them to join (they gotta go to my profile find my game go to servers menu and join every single time… not ideal)
